As construction advances, there comes a point when interior materials need to be ordered, building plans, structural elements, and mechanical systems must be finalized. To maintain construction timelines and ensure every home is delivered to the highest standard, the opportunity to customize floorplans is only available for a limited time.
With construction progressing, the window to personalize your home at Italia is quickly coming to an end. Once this deadline passes, floorplans can no longer be modified.
